This condo has one bedroom, two baths plus a dining area with a table and four chairs. The fully equipped kitchen has a blender, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher and toaster. There is also a breakfast bar with extra seating attached to the kitchen. Also in this unit is central air, a washer and dryer. The living area has a DVD player, cable TV and access leading out onto the balcony. Also in the living area is a double sofa sleeper for two extra guests. The bedroom has a TV and queen bed. There is a bunk bed (two twin beds) located in the hallway of this unit.
Pelican Isle has miles of beaches with white sands that extend past the Okaloosa Pier. This complex features a swimming pool and hot tub. There is also a fitness center, barbecue grill area and access to the beach from the boardwalk. Also with this complex is high speed internet access.
